3.2 Refund eligibility depends on airline, hotel, embassy, or service provider policies.

3.3 Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.

3.4 If a service is canceled by the provider, eligible refunds will be processed after receiving funds from third parties.

3.5 Visa rejection does not guarantee a refund of service fees or embassy charges.

3.6 Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid proof of booking.

3.7 Processing time for refunds may take 7–30 working days depending on the service type.

3.8 Partial refunds may apply if some services have already been utilized.

3.9 No refund will be issued for no-show or missed travel dates.

3.10 Management decision regarding refunds will be final.
